Return Process

We do not accept returns for hats or accessories 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

 

If you would like to return an item

You must contact us at info@authenticblackculture.com, letting us know the issue. We will then provide you with the address to return your item. Please provide your name, email address, and order number. Without this information, we will not be able to consider a refund. You are responsible for your own shipping cost if you are returning an item. Shipping cost is non-refundable

Please keep your tracking number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 5-7 business days to return to your card.
